One last ride…

I love Riding, it gives a “Me" feel and lets you control the wind and pleasure you want. The last ride I had was with my classmate who got stuck in a bus pick up point, as the bus meant to pick up her met with an accident. That night she asked me to pick up her and drop her into another place.

I had to sacrifice my night show (Avengers- Infinity war) to pick up her but I did not have any second thoughts in doing that. Later I took my friends' bike, which had no papers and a helmet. I had to ride it, out of no other way. I reached her in fifteen minutes (nine kilometres). she asked me to drop her in a place (Thirteen kilometres). Where we were waiting for the next bus to pick up.

The bus arrived and she started to take her luggage and moved towards the bus. When at the same time the bus moved after dropping a passenger. she was shell-shocked to see that. We decided to chase the bus. It took a long time for us to realize that we travelled ten kilometres ahead of the bus.

The bus reached us after half an hour and finally, she boarded the bus. Later which I realized that I had to travel fifty-eight kilometres to reach my crib. I took my bike to the right lane to take a U-turn. After some time wind started to blow with sand. I was in a situation where I have to balance the trembling bike and to see the road in spite of the dust.

After some time I felt a bit happy that the wind had stopped. Which I regretted when the wind stopped and the rain started to fall. It was so heavy that it hit hard on my back.

For god sake, I saw a petrol bunk and waited there until the rain reduces. I met a person there named Vishal who has to travel to a place ninety kilometres ahead and I was chatting with him to pass the time.

Later I found the route to take a U-Turn and opened maps to get the return distance, which was sixty-two kilometres. In spite of rain dripping, I decided to take the full stretch. I realized my resistance to rain and the fact that I could always rely on my own company.

  1. Cheers to your heart that sacrificed a movie and helped her board the bus..... God bless you kiddo.... Though you met a lot of hurdles on your return, it takes a huge heart to help a girl in the middle of nowhere.... Stay blessed....
